At Haiku POP, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a fair and straightforward refund policy to ensure your online shopping experience is stress-free.

Refund Eligibility: We offer a full refund on items returned within a 30-day window from the date of receiving the item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping: For eligible returns within the 30-day window, Haiku POP will issue the return shipping label. If a return request is considered outside of reasonable circumstances but still accepted, the cost of return shipping will be the customer's responsibility.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. All refunds are initiated within 24 hours of acceptance of the return.

Refund Receipt: Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment. The turnaround time for the amount to reflect in your account typically varies from 5 to 10 business days, depending upon the processing speed of your bank. In most cases, you should see the refund in your account within 48 hours of Haiku POP initiating the refund through the merchant account.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our return conditions, and items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt number or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label by email, SMS, or snail-mail, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or may take much longer to process because of the unknown directions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We generally accept returns on all products within a 30-day window, with certain exceptions. Items that explicitly mention a non-returnable policy in the title or description, such as super sale items or discontinued items, cannot be returned. These are purchased at the buyer's risk. However, if such an item arrives damaged or defective, we will override the non-return policy.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or items that have been liquidated. Please read item descriptions carefully before making a purchase to avoid any misunderstandings.
Exchanges
Exchanging items with us is straightforward. If you need to exchange an item, please reach out to us immediately at cs@haikupop.com, specifying the item you'd like instead. There might be a price difference which we can discuss at the time of your request.
Just like our return policy, you have a 30-day window to exchange your order for a different item, the same item, or for a refund.
For the quickest results, we recommend that you return the item you currently have. After we've accepted your return, go ahead and make a new purchase for the item you want. This process eliminates any waiting time for us to receive and inspect your returned item before we send out the replacement or issue a refund.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Our refund policy is simple and clear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days, unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the product description and title.
To receive a full refund, the product must be returned unopened and in a condition that allows it to be resold. If there's any problem with your order, such as a defect in the product or any other unexpected issue, don't hesitate to reach out to us at cs@haikupop.com immediately. Our top priority is your satisfaction and we're committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible.
Once a refund is approved, we aim to process it within 24 to 48 hours. However, in most cases, we're able to process the refund within a day of approval. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If the refund is processed on a late Friday or over the weekend, this may also cause a slight delay.
