Shipping policy

At Haiku POP, our primary aim is to offer the most efficient and reliable shipping options, regardless of your location within the United States. Our daily mission is to fulfill the delivery needs of all our customers nationwide, ensuring the highest standard of service and responsiveness at every step of the process. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we commit to maintaining the quality levels that you deserve.

1. Order Processing Time:

All orders placed will require up to 48 hours for processing. However, in most cases, if your order is placed before 11:00 am PST (Pacific Standard Time) on a business day, it will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST or on weekends and National Holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping:

Standard Shipping: Once processed, your order will be shipped on the same business day for orders placed before 11:00 am PST. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST, on National Holidays, or weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be shipped the next business day. Standard shipping orders will be delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on location and shipper. The shipping carrier for standard shipping is chosen based on our best judgement unless you, as the customer, specifically select the carrier and shipping speed. In such cases, your order will ship as selected. Shipping rates are determined by USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on size, weight, and destination.

Expedited Shipping: Once processed, your order will be shipped on the same business day for orders placed before 11:00 am PST. Orders placed after 11:00 am PST, on National Holidays, or weekends will be shipped the next business day. Expedited shipping orders will be delivered within 2 to 3 business days, depending on current conditions based on location and shipper.

3. Shipping to P.O. boxes & APO/FPO addresses:

Shipments to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses will be facilitated by USPS. There may be an additional charge depending on the destination. Should there be any issues with the destination, we will reach out to you via phone or email.

4. Shipping outside the Domestic U.S.:

We currently do not offer International Shipping. Any US orders outside of the domestic U.S. will be charged based on the prevailing USPS, UPS, or FedEx rates.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, which will include a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on the respective shipper's website to track your package.
