Shipping
No, currently, Haiku POP does not offer overseas shipping. We understand the demand from our international customers and are actively working to extend our services. However, at the moment, we do not have a specific timeline for when this will be implemented. Please stay tuned for future updates.
After an order is placed with Haiku POP, we process it within 1 to 2 business days, with 90% of orders being shipped the next business day. The arrival time of your package depends on the shipping speed selected during checkout.
If you choose 1 to 2-day shipping (prices vary), please note that the 1 to 2-day timeframe is in addition to the processing time. For instance, if you place an order on a Friday, or the day before a holiday, your package will be shipped out on the next business day.
For customers availing of our free shipping offer, the same processing time of 1 to 2 business days applies. However, the shipping speed for these orders is between 5 to 7 business days. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.
Haiku POP currently utilizes two shipping carriers for our orders: UPS and USPS. We choose the carrier that will provide the best service based on your order details and shipping destination.

Yes, we certainly do offer gift cards. They are available in different denominations, providing you with flexibility in choosing the amount that suits your needs. Once your order is placed and payment is authorized, you will receive an e-gift certificate which can be used immediately for purchases on our website.

Yes, you can return your product purchased from Haiku POP. We accept returns within 30 days of the product's arrival date, provided the item is unused and remains in a sellable condition.
Please note, if the package has been opened and the retail box has been damaged, a 25% restocking fee may apply. However, if you received a damaged or defective item, we accept returns with no questions asked.

It depends on the manufacturer and/or creator of the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look for customization options.
If the item you're interested in is currently out of stock, we regret to inform you that we do not have an automated system to place it on backorder. However, we encourage you to contact us directly through our contact form. In some instances, we may have an additional piece available in our warehouse or an open-box item if you're open to such purchases.

Orders
You can easily track your order by visiting your customer account page, which can be accessed by clicking here the Order, Status page. Additionally, a link to your order receipt invoice was sent to your email at the time of the order. This receipt includes tracking information.

Please contact us immediately if you need to change an order you've already placed with Haiku POP. You can check your account center to see if changes are possible before we ship the order. However, if you cannot edit or change the address, contact us immediately.

Yes, you can cancel your order with Haiku POP. However, the cancellation process depends on the stage your order is in:
- Within the first 4 hours of placing the order: If you notify us of the cancellation within this period, we can easily cancel the order and void any charges that might have been made to your credit card.
- After the item has been shipped: If the item has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, we will need to contact the shipping carrier to attempt to reverse the shipment. If the carrier cannot change the shipment, will need to refuse delivery once the package is tried delivered by the courier. If the carrier leaves the shipment without notifying you, then you will need to message us so that we can give you a return label to ship the item back to our warehouse.
We will issue a full refund once the item has been returned to our warehouse. The funds will be returned to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Please note that to ensure a smooth cancellation process, contacting us as soon as possible is crucial if you decide to cancel your order.
